University of Sheffield offers ten Middle East & North Africa Merit Undergraduate Scholarships, available for students from the Middle East and North Africa. Each Undergraduate scholarship is worth 50% of the original annual tuition fee before any other scholarships, discounts or rewards have been applied. The scholarship is for each year of study for all undergraduate programmes, except Medicine and Dentistry. Students of Medicine or Dentistry will only receive the scholarship for the non-clinical years (Medicine years 1 & 2 and Dentistry year 1). The scholarships will take the form of a fee reduction.
Eligibility: To apply, students must be:
- Holding an offer of an undergraduate study place in any department for entry in September 2016
- A national of, or domiciled in Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Oman, Saudia Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Egypt, Sudan, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco
- To receive the award, students must have accepted the University of Sheffield as their firm choice for study in September 2016 by 4 May 2016.
